Help revitalize outdoor spaces used by local youth and community programs. The Navy League of Canada – Belleville Branch is looking for a team of 8-10 volunteers to support a mix of yard clean up, gardening, and outdoor metal restoration projects (railings, staircase, and metal chairs).

This project will improve both the appearance and usability of outdoor spaces for programs and gatherings.

• Cleaning and preparing garden beds
• Adding mulch and planting flowers
• Raking and tidying yard areas
• Painting outdoor metal railings and staircase
• Wire brushing and painting metal chairs

• Ability to perform moderate physical outdoor work
• Comfort using basic yard tools (rakes, shovels, gardening tools)
• Ability to restore and paint metal
