Help support Canadian Mental Health Association (Picton location) by assisting with office clean-out and furniture removal projects. Volunteers will help prepare office spaces by disassembling furniture, organizing materials, and preparing items for donation.

This project will help prepare functional and organized spaces while ensuring usable furniture and supplies can continue benefiting the community through donations.

• Disassembling office furniture for 6 office rooms
• Packing and boxing books, supplies, and office material
• Moving furniture and boxed items for donation or removal
• Assisting with organizing and clearing office spaces

• Ability to perform moderate physical work (lifting, caring, bending)
• Comfort using basic hand tools for furniture disassembly
